I have been with this practice with Dr. Ratley since 2013. I get in when I need to be seen. The Urgent Care is great. When I have an emergency I can get online and schedule an appointment without having to show up and wait. CCHC is a real asset to New Bern and the patients they care for.
Convenient location near the hospital and other practices. I can walk here from the gastro to get labs done if need be. There is usually a bit of a wait both before and after check in, but it's comfortable, clean, quiet, and staff are friendly. Rarely crowded and offers plenty of parking. Appointments are needed but are easy to get.
My doctor is Dr. Ratley and she is very thorough and gets right to the point her new nurse is on point and they take transcripts and manage all of the details rather well. She takes care of me and my whole family and all of our complications. She is very friendly and we have a great conversation about the family every time I come and I would recommend her to anyone, Peds, adults or geriatrics. They do labs and most scans onsite and occasionally if they are not busy they pull you in from urgent care if you’re sick.
