I have seen around 8-10 different chiropractors from all over NC (New Bern, Raleigh, Cary, and Asheville) and have never been treated as well as I have today at my initial visit with Dr. Kelsey Seese. She is incredibly professional and extremely knowledgeable and I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone in the area. I’m sure the other doctors here are just as professional as she is, but I’ve only dealt with her.As far as the support staff (front desk, chiro assistants, etc.) I was extremely impressed. Super friendly and caring. If I could give 10 stars I would! Don’t waste your time anywhere else. It’s worth the time on the waiting list to get seen here, I promise.

I love this place! Jamie in the front is personable. She's transparent with the process of the office procedures and ensures that everyone has a customized experience. When we walked in, Jamie knew exactly who my mom was, and she knows everyone by name, talk about strong memory! We met with Dr.Zielenski, he takes a holistic approach to his patients. He's energetic and detailed. I love his analogies when explaining the bones in your spine. His progression plan makes sense, and it's clear he's transparent. Dr. Axelson and his staff are amazing! I highly recommend seeing him and any of his doctors. Dr. Axelson is a truly gifted healer who genuinely cares about his patients and I am grateful to him for his knowledge and expertise. His staff is always friendly, professional, and efficient.
