Aerus Electrolux
“Our fifteen year old Electrolux canister vacuum recently quit. We took it to Ritchie at Aerus Electrolux in New Bern, NC. He diagnosed the problem and gave us a reasonable estimate. We researched new and used Electrolux vacuums and decided to have him replace the motor in ours. He completed the job in one day, fixed a couple of other issues while he had the vacuum apart and now it works better than ever. Ritchie was direct and honest in his answers to our questions and didn’t pressure us into repairing the vacuum or buying a new one. We are very happy with his repair work and knowledge of Electrolux vacuums. We wouldn’t hesitate to return should we need another repair or a new vacuum.”
