Unfortunately I cannot respond to one of the reviews on here so I have to create my own review to respond. The person that wrote a review named Sanyetta K was either told the wrong information or heard the wrong name but DAT is not a supervisor of any sort at 5 Star Nails he is just an employee and he did not do her nails either. I'm only writing this to correct the information that was falsely told to this customer.
This was my first time going to 5 Star nails. When I arrived I was greeted outside by Tom, and was immediately asked to sit down. I had absolutely no wait time... He did offer me a pedicure which I politely declined. I let him know that was my first time to the salon and then showed him a couple of inspo pics.... We discussed a little bit of the art and then he got busy.
My nails got cut to the length that I wanted and shaped exactly how I like them. Before he polished he made sure that I got the exact color that I wanted. Tried this place today and I am beyond satisfied! I took an inspo Pic and got exactly that, although it took a few techniques to get the effect the tech knew exactly what he was doing! Will be coming back.
