Called Matt for service but ended up needing more. He was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done. Came back and completed the repairs when parts came in without any issues. We will be using him again for any other HVAC needs

I want to thank Matt at HeatCool1 for his quick, professional service to repair my HVAC the morning after the coldest night of the year. He showed up within 2 hours of my call and fixed the problem within 1 hour. He was also very cognizant of my 10 month old grandson visiting with inside temps in our house at 56°. Couldn’t ask for more from an HVAC repair call. Highly recommend Matt! He will now be our HVAC service company from here on out.
