Been traveling lately so I have been to a number of YMCA’s in NC and Hampton Roads VA. This one in Nags Head is definitely my fave! Great, friendly staff, gorgeous, well maintained pool, locker rooms and fitness rooms. I’m going back every day I’m in the OBX!

I only was able to use this gym once while on vacation sadly but I had a decent experience. Kinda small but has a nice variety of machines to choose from. My only complaint was feeling like I was being rushed to get out.

I love this place! The indoor lap pool is well maintained. The extra wide lanes make it super easy to share. The lifeguards are pros at keeping everything running smoothly. And the swimmers are courteous and serious about their workout. Front desk staff couldn't have been nicer.Machines in fitness area clean and in in good working order. And all those using machines , young and old, are going about their routines in a timely fashion. No one's loitering on their phones! Wow!Full size lockers w extra wide (!) benches in locker room.Lots of parking.I'm so surprised that everyone isn't singing the praises of this Y! Best $10 I've spent in a long while! Thank you all!
