Love this gym when I’m at my second home in Manteo! They have several different classes are everyone is super friendly! I’ve taken classes with both Nate and Tyler! Definitely check them out!

We had the pleasure to join the gym for the almost 3 months of summer. It was just a fantastic experience. The facility and the coaches are just great, they all appear to have a true understanding of fitness, health and what each of us us trying to achieve. What really distinguish this gym from the rest are the members, we were a little on the fence since we don't live there year around and we are considered tourist. Each member was nice and welcoming and within just few sessions we felt at home. This experience has really reignated in us the pursue of a higher fitness level and care of our body and health. The trainers are excellent the workouts are very challenging to your individual limit. The results are amazing energy level your mental attitude and over all health world be off the chart! Equipment is really nice and the people that work out there are friendly and cohesive.
