Lisa is fantastic. She took the time to talk with me about my concerns and hopes for what I wanted to get out of the massage. She gave me a myofacial/deep tissue massage, and having had many of these before elsewhere, I would say that Lisa at Even Keel is one of the best I have experienced. I also appreciate that Lisa took the time to discuss her findings after the massage. I wish I lived here so I could come more often! I will definitely be back the next time we are in town. I am visiting from out of town and have been having a lot of low back issues for a year or more. It got so bad I had to do something. I had 2 sessions with Michelle and she helped tremendously. Was even able to play a couple rounds of golf.
Michelle was absolutely amazing. I got the deep tissue massage and she hit all the spots I needed. I love the cupping, I’ve had cupping before, but this felt different and more enjoyable. She let me know when she felt certain things, so I had a better idea of what was going on in my body. I’ve had a lot of massages and Michelle is one of the best!
