We needed our Septic Tank serviced and unfortunately it was Saturday, late afternoon. Shannon not only answered my phone call, he advised he could have Adam there first thing in the morning (Sunday). Adam called in the morning to let me know his ETA and was polite, courteous and very knowledgeable. Adam gave me great advise on how to properly maintain the Septic System and solved the issue right away. I would highly recommend Cherokee Septic to anyone in need of service or installation. Very impressed with Cherokee. They called the day before to confirm and were punctual. Adam came out and he was very polite and can easily tell very experienced. He had a challenging job as we purchased this home not knowing where the tank was put. Adam had to find the tank and dig (on a vey steep mountain range) in awkward positions. He cleaned up afterwards and gave us tips on fence lines, etc. Highly recommend! Thank you.

Shannon and the entire crew at Cherokee Septic were an invaluable resource for me when I was considering purchasing the remaining lots in a development in which I was a lot owner. Shannon quickly replied to my initial request for information, met me onsite, and gave me quote to repair the existing road, re-gravel, complete the site work, apply for septic permit and install the septic system. They did an incredible job and exceeded my expectations. I really appreciate their reliability and their professionalism. I could not have moved forward with this project without their help.
