We needed our Septic Tank serviced and unfortunately it was Saturday, late afternoon. Shannon not only answered my phone call, he advised he could have Adam there first thing in the morning (Sunday). Adam called in the morning to let me know his ETA and was polite, courteous and very knowledgeable. Adam gave me great advise on how to properly maintain the Septic System and solved the issue right away.

Very impressed with Cherokee. They called the day before to confirm and were punctual. Adam came out and he was very polite and can easily tell very experienced. He had a challenging job as we purchased this home not knowing where the tank was put. Adam had to find the tank and dig (on a vey steep mountain range) in awkward positions. He cleaned up afterwards and gave us tips on fence lines, etc. Highly recommend! Thank you.
