It is honestly hard to put into words where I even begin. Ten months ago, I started this journey with a personal mission: to lose 40 pounds while I was 40. The changes have gone so much deeper than just weight loss. The improvement in my psoriasis has been amazing, and my psoriatic arthritis feels infinitely better. I truly feel like I am getting my life back and finally enjoying the things I’ve missed out on for so long.
