Absolutely disgusting staff... was shopping around when I noticed the grooming station (not the self-serve one they have here), curious to see I went to look in. And I see the groomer straight up manhandling and physical hit the dog, and not nicely at that.
I understand this job can be difficult for some dogs that don't behave well, but it is YOUR job to be patient and figure a way around it, under no circumstances should you be PHYSICALLY HITTING a dog that doesn't even belong to you. The dog wasn't even being aggressive, just looked maybe excited and hyper and was wagging until she hit it.
Absolutely disturbing this place allows someone like this to work here and I feel sorry for the people who have their canine companions come here and trust that they will be taken care of... who knows what other things this place does when nobody is looking...
Asked for the groomers name out of curiosity and they said the groomer was Naoma. Didn't tell them the reason why, probably wouldn't even believe anyway...
LOOK INTO YOUR GROOMERS AND SEE WHO YOU ARE TRUSTING YOUR FUR BABIES WITH!!!! Would rate this place 0 stars if I could.

Incredibly friendly staff and they are always so inviting. They just got a new manager and I'm excited because she's back to helping the local rescues!
Great selection of foods, toys and animal merch! I always find something new when I go in there. I love that they carry the Identity brand of cat food as I have an IBS cat that can only have novel proteins.
They're always hosting auctions and raffles and giving back to our local animal welfare workers.
100/100 recommend!

Took my furbaby in for a bath. For 15 bucks can't beat it, and they suppy Everything you need to properly clean your furbaby. Will definitely come back.

My husband and I love this store, everyone is always so kind to our pup. Kristin has helped us so much with obedience classes (we highly recommend her) and the folks with grooming are so good with our dog and take such good care of her while she's there. We also love when Theresa is at checkout, she always has treats and is the sweetest.

Always friendly staff! Only place to carry the great Petway food for my dogs. The customer service for the auto delivery of food is fantastic! Even when the system was giving issues, they were so kind and apologized countless times. My dogs love going here, it's like Toys R Us for pets!
