Amber is absolutely incredible. She’s been doing my dog Naya for 13 years even before she had her own business. She’s always been very kind, empathetic, patient, and caring. Unlike other places, my dog doesn’t mind going to see her. She actually seems excited to see Amber. I truly feel like she loves her clients dogs like her own. My dog also always looks so cute when I pick her up. Amber really is above and beyond. You can tell she truly loves what she does and loves the animals. Cannot recommend her and this salon enough. Will never take my dog or any future dogs to anywhere else as long as I live in the Charlotte Concord area

My Lily always looks great when I pick her up. She’s socially awkward, but they take very good care of her. I appreciate their patience with this rambunctious little girl. I would most definitely recommend their services.

Amber has groomed my dog ? & my daughter's dog. She is a friend of my daughter who I didn't know until my daughter introduced me to,when she took my sweet dog to her for a grooming. When I got my baby back! It was breathtaking he was so beautiful. I was so astonished ? at the difference in how he looked. He looked like a whole different Lil doggie. He was so precious. I loved the way he looked every peice of hair was groomed to a perfect length. She couldn't have done a better job. I've never seen any one from a dog so perfect.
