Roman responded and after a conversation and a couple of pictures, he sent a very reasonable estimate. He came when he said he was coming and completed what was a somewhat difficult repair. He included installing my doorbell. Because I am on a limited budget I needed a reasonable outcome, but Roman was such a positive experience, I got estimates for 3 projects and I added 2 small fixes and upgrades. Listen, I'm a hard grader and I ask for a lot. Roman delivered and was very kind and courteous the entire time. This was 5 star experience and Roman is a 5 star person.
