Since the construction of our home. Mr. Doug is the best and also a wonderful representative of the Dennis Patterson company. His assessment, diagnosis, and response if as good as a medical doctor’s. I appreciate his time and care. It’s always cordial and his service comes with a smile. I had an issue with our pump related tocondensation and he quickly figured outthe issue and offered a solution. This is stellar service.

Dennis Patterson is the best. He was on site during the install to ensure everything went as planned. They stayed late to make sure we had heat the night it was supposed to be extra chilly. They are always friendly and helpful. We contacted them about a temperature regulation issue and they were here the same day! Definitely a class act!

Such a great experience! They were able to get a tech to me very quickly, last minute, and he was amazing. So kind and I could really tell he wanted to help and fix everything, while causing me as little stress and interruption as possible.
