J. Hinson was fantastic, prompt, knowledgeable, kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure our unit and thermostat was functioning properly. I cannot say enough good about this young man!

Jed came out to check my heating and air unit and quickly discovered the issue was actually just an incorrect programming setting on my end. Instead of trying to upsell me or make the problem seem bigger than it was, he took the time to explain exactly how my system worked and got everything corrected fast. He was extremely efficient, very knowledgeable, professional, and honest — which is hard to find these days. Even though the issue turned out to be my fault, he only charged me for the service call and treated me with complete respect the entire time.
