Tyler and TP Supply Company does NOT stand behind there products and is the shear definition of a Con-artist. Poor packaging by Tp Supply resulted in a damaged product products being delivered and me having to refuse the delivery. I've tried several times to resolve issues with the owner Tyler......no return emails or phone calls after purchasing $4000 plus in NEW pallet shelving. This has resulted in the delay of the opening of 4 new stores. All I can say is, this is a business that doesn't honor or appreciate its customers or their business. Business owners.....if you don't want to have your new business or expanding business delayed, I'd stay far away from this company.
PS-I have also not received a refund to this date. I will update my review as soon as TP Supply resolves this issue and now theft of my money. The shelves were paid for in 8/25/25 and still unresolved at 10/16/25.

They are very disrespectful I called the front desk about my W-2 and she was very rude and hung up in my ear. Blake and dusty are good people tho. Idk if she woke up on the wrong side of the bed or what but that’s no way to talk or treat someone

Do not do business with this company. We ordered upright extensions from them and they forgot the hardware. Tyler Payne assured me they would reimburse me if I purchased the hardware from Home Depot which I did. I sent a detailed list of the costs I incurred with receipts multiple times and no response. I expect to work with companies that admit their mistakes and fix them. T.P Supply is not that type of company.

I searched the internet to find new and good quality pallet racks. I found the beautiful TP Supply Company website. Because I wanted to make sure I got new racks I called and specifically asked for new racks. I ordered them and they told me it would be 2-3 says for shipping. Almost 3 weeks later they finally arrived. The driver of the delivery truck showed me them and pointed out that they were rusty, bent, beat up and definitely not new. The driver could tell I was upset and he told me I could refuse them. I first called the TP Supply Company and the woman I spoke to was nice about it. Then she transferred me to a guy named Tyler who asked for photos. I sent photos and he said the racks were new. Both the truck driver and my wife could not believe what he was saying. I told him I ordered new ones and not old, rusty, beat up ones and I was not accepting the order. He was very rude and told me he would not refund the money that I would have to take him to court to get the refund. I was able to speak with the owner of the company who was more level headed and he said he would have to see them before refunding the money. I will keep you updated if they end up providing a refund.

We ordered racks from T.P. Supply at a competitive price. Unfortunately, snow and flu season delayed shipment, and then they arrived damaged. However Tyler and crew did their best to get them to us on a tight deadline. We unfortunately had to go somewhere else to get racks set up in time. However, they were a pleasure to deal with and gave us a very prompt refund. Would use them again.

Very responsive and helpful. From Greensboro, and went to this Mt Airy company because price and service superior to others close by. Needed pallet racking and pallet rack accessories for setting up an equipment rental location.
