“This building can be hard to find if you aren't from the area. There is not a single on the building and the door is facing toward another building. The parking lot should have been built a little different, the entrance has a longer curbside than necessary that could be dangerous to vehicles.My wife and I have been at her appointment now 30 minutes past her time with no one else in the waiting room. Three people have came in and went straight back, this is why many people hate coming to doctors offices.The bathroom is clean in the lobby, some chairs are comfortable while others are not. Staff is usually friendly. When you do finally go back, the layout of the offices is confusing and when checking out, the layout makes this harder when you are told to go somewhere else.The medical field itself should be much better doctor's at novant Heath lack follow up with specialist considering they refer you to them and they don't specialize in all aspects of the field and then refuse to help.“
