“Looking forward to going back here! I personally had a great experience at this office. All of the staff from the front desk workers, nurses, lab staff, and providers were great. I saw Rowanty Campbell, and I’m really grateful for her and her nurse who both took the time to listen and truly made me feel heard about my concerns. I’m a young person who’s healthy on paper but had some health scares come up and was a little worried no one would take me seriously. Both the nurse and the doctor listened intently and asked questions and seemed to genuinely care to help me figure this out. I am really appreciative.

I read some of the negative reviews when searching for an office, but didn’t have any of those negative experiences myself. I was a bit nervous because some reviews from a couple years ago mention them rushing appointments or people having to wait long for bloodwork… but personally I felt like they spent more time than I would’ve expected listening to my concerns and hearing me out.

In terms of waiting for bloodwork… I waited maybe 15 mins tops which I think is pretty dang reasonable considering you don’t have to drive anywhere else or take another day off work to schedule bloodwork out of office. So the bit of wait seemed totally reasonable given that they gave me bloodwork just on a dime without any appointment!

“I was struck by a DOT vehicle and was having back spasms. I was able to easily find the closest cone health with the shortest wait time. I made an appointment but arrived about 30 min early since we were already in the area. They took me immediately. The MA was great, the Provider was excellent. She addressed my immediate concern and also took into consideration my existing conditions when prescribing the medication and treatment plan. X-rays were needed and they were quickly taken and interpreted. Best experience with urgent care ever“
