Just moved to NC 7 mos ago from NY so needed someone to prepare my NY, NC and Federal taxes with a home sale and purchase. I explained that in my initial call to set up an appointment and was told they could do it for me. When I went to sign my returns, which was 2 weeks later, I was told they were unable to prepare my NY taxes and I would need to do that myself. I was charged a lot of money for something I could have done, probably more accurately than they did. I was told to call if I had questions preparing my NY return. I called, I emailed. No response. I was forgotten after I paid my fee. I do not recommend this company and regret going there.

I was initially pleased with her, Regina, filing of my taxes. But, when I found out that my 2020 taxes was rejected by the federal government, I reached out to Carolina Tax Works and Regina stated she would send me copies of my 2020 taxes to refile. It has been at least 2 weeks and she has not sent them yet. I have called, no answer. I left voicemail messages and sent emails, but no response. Now when I call, I get a busy signal. This has led me to be very disappointed with Regina and her company. I will not ever use her again or refer them to anyone.
