I have had nothing but problems with this company, from destroying a rocking chair with a weed wacker, to not mowing my lawn for a month, to shattering my glass sliding door and not telling me about it. One headache after the next. And when I called about the glass door and said I had video proof they asked for the footage so it can be used as a training tool. I’m pretty sure if you shatter someone’s door and look right at it and still not tell anyone you should be fired. Management seems to have no clue what goes on at the properties they mow and are just there to hand over the credit card when things get damaged. They're always in a rush and miss spots everywhere the weed eating is always done horribly I have to redo the weed eating around the beds and fence. Weeds not sure yardnique even cares about it way to many weeds. I wish our HOA would find a better company. Delwebb in Clayton needs to police the job they are providing it looks like crap most days.
I have lived in my townhome for 7 years and I am beyond disappointed with this company and I’ve been constantly upset about their work. Today they cut down two perfectly healthy, mature trees without any notice to homeowners. Those trees weren’t dead or hazardous—they provided beauty, shade, and much-needed privacy. Whatever explanation is given about erosion or maintenance doesn’t justify removing healthy trees that added so much value to our neighborhood.
To make matters worse, the quality of their work has been consistently poor. They leave behind a mess after landscaping, and the attention to detail is lacking. It’s frustrating...read full review
