UNC Urgent Care at Park West Village

I was first seen by a young woman who was a technician followed by a PA. I felt very comfortable with her assessment of my problem and she did the right thing by referring me to the hospital. Once at the hospital, I was Admitted and had gallbladder surgery the following morning.

Best Urgent Care ever!! Best intake!! stellar, a thorough and polite staff, waiting room is impeccable. They’re very organized. Keep you informed while you’re waiting and it’s swift - they get you in to see your care provider. They’re extremely thorough, communicative, and you get the very best medical assistance in the world - hello! It’s UNC!!!! As Nike says, JUST DO IT 🙂

The team was very kind, helpful and thorough. They took care of all of my concerns and answered all my questions. The only downside was that I needed to make an appointment over two hours prior to the appointment. I only waited about 20 minutes after I signed in. I did like the online registration. And was able to link my online information from my scripts and allergies. A great option if you can’t get in to see your healthcare providers.
