I was first seen by a young woman who was a technician followed by a PA. I felt very comfortable with her assessment of my problem and she did the right thing by referring me to the hospital. Once at the hospital, I was Admitted and had gallbladder surgery the following morning.

Front desk staff and nurses were rude and physician was in a hurry so didn't provide thorough treatment. Had to go to a different facility 2 days later to see additional treatment.

Best Urgent Care ever!! Best intake!! stellar, a thorough and polite staff, waiting room is impeccable. They’re very organized. Keep you informed while you’re waiting and it’s swift - they get you in to see your care provider. They’re extremely thorough, communicative, and you get the very best medical assistance in the world - hello! It’s UNC!!!! As Nike says, JUST DO IT 🙂

Cut my finger on accident on a weekday. Wasn't sure if it needed stitches so went here to get a look. It was about 20 mins before close unfortunately but I couldn't get it to stop bleeding. They check me in and look at my finger, say it doesn't need stitches, wrap it and say that's all they can do. The next day I go to my primary care and they stitch and fix it. I am then later billed 190 dollars for a 10 min visit, no care done other than a look and bandage so they could close.

The team was very kind, helpful and thorough. They took care of all of my concerns and answered all my questions. The only downside was that I needed to make an appointment over two hours prior to the appointment. I only waited about 20 minutes after I signed in. I did like the online registration. And was able to link my online information from my scripts and allergies. A great option if you can’t get in to see your healthcare providers.

The problem was quickly attended to by very competent medical care takers. Necessary tests were given and evaluated by the doctor who shared their results and concerns with us. We were advised to head to the hospital where the rest of the day was spent in treatments and much more testing. Further advice was given for follow up.
