I had the most pleasant exchange of customer service that I’ve experienced in a while. I purchased some blush that I thought was on sale but when I checked my receipt they were not. Thankfully I hadn’t left the store yet. I told a Sales Associate (who I didn’t know was the manager) and she walked me over to where the products were and showed me exactly which blush was on sale. Needless to say it was not any of the ones I had purchased. However, Lana, without being prompted told me she would honor the sale price for one of the blushes I had purchased. Unfortunately, this was not a great experience. I drove 20 minutes to pick up a perfume that was listed as in stock, only to leave without it. It took a long time to find an associate who could help me locate the item. When I finally did, he told me he would check the back and asked me to wait. Instead, he began assisting another customer. After waiting about 10 minutes, he returned with that customer to the area where I was standing and continued showing her additional products, without acknowledging me or following up on his promise to check the back. I understand that the holiday season is busy, but the lack of communication and acknowledgment was quite rude.

5 stars because of Zay. To say helpful would be an understatement. He really went above and beyond. It’s very rare to find someone to actually educate you. It was much appreciated. Give him a raise asap!!!
