Derek and the crew were courteous and wanted to do a good job. This was a secondary service due to an inadequate first effort by a different crew, but as a free service to correct the quality of the seeding and aeration this crew was a pleasure to have on the job.
Effective treatment at a good price. While there have been some problems with a few technicians, such as overspray killing shrubs or walking too fast and not covering the treatment, the company has always made it right in the end and have listened to me and my concerns. Other technicians have been phenomenal. And the results are good. A healthy lawn, weed control, and I have burned lawns before when trying to do this myself.
Despite getting off to a rocky start with a couple of errors in my initial service TruGreen has taken the steps necessary to make up for them and recovered my trust. Service Manager Chris took care of my situation professionally and politely. I am happy to trust my lawn to them!
