The staff was very professional, friendly at the Morrisville store. I first had selected a different laminate but neded to change it. They made it easy to exchange the laminate for a different one. They have a large selection of engineered wood patterns for your flooring needs also tile. I needed something that would complement old engineered wood flooring. The representative knew of laminate in a tile pattern. He was able to track down the pattern laminate and get it sent to the store in a timeley manner. Brian, Jari, and Mason were very helpful throughout the experience. They matched us with an installer (Veliz Construction) that came across as being very thorough and thoughtful (we had a few concerns about product selection), and gave us a few suggestions/recommendations as to how to proceed. The product we selected was available at a very competitive price, and the financing options offered to us were the icing on the cake. If the rest of the experience follows what has happened so far, I will be doing a lot more business with LL Flooring. Keep it up guys, and thank you for all the help!
I had a '50 year' a floor install that was defective, 2 years in.The floor was lifting, snapping and I had holes in the room. We had problems with an inept crew on the day of install and a manager had to come to our house. It was ok for a little bit but now the problems are showing up. I was assigned a case manager and it has been like pulling teeth. FINALLY, I was assigned to Joel and his crew from Veliz Construction. When they were able to schedule they laid new plank where it was required, in a timely and efficient manner. Thanks to them our floor now looks good as new. Thank you Joel and team.
