We had an amazing experience with FLOORMASTERS from beginning to end. We were relocating from out of state and needed to make all of our flooring decisions remotely before moving into our new home. Mr. Engin was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. He spent a lot of time on the phone with me, sent plenty of pictures and options, and helped guide us through every decision without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Engin and his team did a great job. Great quick service from the carpet selection to installation was efficient and top quality. The installation crew was very respectful and knowledgeable. Very careful moving the big furniture and returning it after the installation.
