Dalton was a life saver and so wonderful. He stayed way beyond working hours & endured completing his task throughout all the chaos going on. We called another septic tank company around 8am the day of service and was told they’d come by 2. They never showed. Reached out to this company & not only did they give timely updates regarding their arrival, they came the same day & fixed all issues!!! Dalton was very personable and knowledgeable & provided great service. Fully recommend this company & their services!!

Bobby Davis responded to an emergency at a commercial property I manage around 10 PM, and I received a reply within minutes. Not only did they respond quickly, but they followed through the next day and remained proactive and thorough throughout the entire process, which lasted about three weeks.
Dalton was my main point of contact, and he was incredibly helpful both during the week and on weekends. He remained highly communicative, responsive, and solution-oriented the entire time. Great people, good response time. They are busy as all service companies are busy now. Took them 2 full days to get to me. Prices did go a lot higher from pre-COVID, however they do a fairly good job.
