The outside temperature was in the upper 90's when our AC decided it didn't want to work. Call our Local Aire Serv and explained the situation at 0800. They told me that they could have someone at my home between 0900 and 1200. I received a text at 0930 saying the technician would be there in half an hour with the ability to track where he was. The technician showed up on time at 1000. He diagnosed the issue, came and told me how much it would be to repair. I agreed, he fixed the issue then did a complete check on the entire system. Our AC went out and it was hot as h*** this Sunday. We contacted AireServ and they responded quickly. They diagnosed the problem and got us up and running until they could install the needed part on Monday. From the first call to the repair everything was explained and up front. Ralph was here on Sunday and Chris finished the job on Monday. They were personable, professional, and highly skilled. We will continue to use this company for our future needs and highly recommend them. Their office folks were very helpful as well!
