If you aren’t willing to learn how to handle and train your dog, don’t bother with any training. Otherwise, we highly recommend Top Dawg. The skills our golden learned through these classes have saved his life and our sanity on more than one occasion. When we adopted our newest puppy we let him settle in for a few weeks then enrolled in beginner classes with Les !

I loved this class! Gomez started at 16 weeks, and there was a big age range in the group - which is great. Gomez got a lot of socializing, experiences with new smells/sounds/noises, and a solid understanding of the basics. I’ll be signing up for the advanced class for sure. When our new pup is old enough, he’ll go through the course as well. Thank you, Les!

Top Dawg did an awesome job with beginner training for our rescue lab mix. Prior to taking the class, I had given up on trying to walk Murphy in the neighborhood. He was dragging me and I had no control! Now we walk easily with the leash held loosely in my left hand (not holding on for life with both hands!). As a 30 retired teacher, I learn that you get what you expect from your pupils. Les has high expectations and gets strong results! He is definitely a “top dawg” trainer!?‍???
