A very bright spot in a day. Planning to go by and enjoy the sauna and such can make a so so day a real winner. Cleaner than other similar facilities. No pressure/judgement at all. Very genuine staff who seem to appreciate you. Feeling better about " it all" when leaving makes coming back often a no brainer.

I love to go to the Water Fitness classes. The instructors are knowledgeable and helpful. The place in always clean and the showers are hot. I love the sauna also and the hot tub.

A mainstay if fitness in Morganton, the conversion of this building to a YMCA is fantastic and very welcome. The facilities are open and inviting, with clean and orderly fitness areas and locker rooms
