Dr. Margo is truly amazing! I developed cataracts around 14 and she did both of my cataract surgeries in my early-mid twenties. I’ve dealt with 3 PCO’s after, just due to my age at the time of my cataract removals. She has always gotten me in and taken care of whatever issue I have. I’m currently pregnant and thought my PCO could wait until after pregnancy, but it got worse and worse. I was seeing a thick white in my right eye. I could no longer see colors or make out shapes. It was more like a white sheet than a white mist, over my vision in my right eye. It was making me very disoriented and afraid to go into labor with my vision being so off. I was also sad that I wouldn’t be able to see my baby very clearly, getting used to only seeing with one eye/ wearing an eye patch. I called every eye doctor and bugged Morganton Eye for about a week, as I’ve been experiencing changes in my body leading to labor. Dr Margo had someone call me on Monday and got me in first thing on Tuesday morning. She truly was booked and busy, she didn’t have to do this, but still somehow made time for me in between eye surgeries. I am forever thankful for her caring about my quality of life and for her giving me the gift of seeing again. I couldn’t ask for a better eye doctor. It’s been 24 hours since and it’s like having brand new eyes. I can see color, definition, shapes, and most importantly I’ll be able to see my baby’s face. You don’t know how important your eyes are until you lose the ability of sight, but she was able to give that back to me. I am so thankful!
My husband was working out of town and had an eye emergency. I called the office in hopes someone would be able to see him and Morganton Eye Physicians saw him within about 30mins of my call. We are so appreciative of them getting him taken care of in such a timely manner. Thank you for the fast, friendly service! We appreciate all yall do.
We can’t thank Dr. Margo and staff enough for taking care of our son! He got a splinter in his eye walking through the woods. His first time at an eye Dr and they treated him so so well! THANK YOU!
