We received a 37 thousand dollar estimate from a company for a small amount of water in our basement. I contacted Mark for a second opinion. He made time to came out the very next day. He checked our gutters, and looked at the wall the other company told us was the problem. He found a small sloping spot next to a door on the other side of the house (where we never thought could be a possibility) where he thought maybe the water was coming in. He told us not to go forward with the other company just yet, and to just wait until it rained.
