I recently had a new heat pump installed by Luke and Cam from Carolina Air Experts. Iām so glad I decided to go with Carolina Air Experts in Morganton. Luke and Cam were highly knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and efficient. They answered all of my questions and left my house as clean as could be expected after removing the old system and installing the new one. They ran the new system through the heat and AC modes and explained the workings of the new thermostat in detail.

This is an amazing company. The men that replaced our HVAC system did an amazing job. We also had two men (Luke I believe and the other gentleman name starts with an H I believe. Sorry not good remembering names) that recently did the ventilation in the bathroom and they were also amazing. Very professional all of them. Will definitely recommend this company.š
Chris and Chase are truly fantastic. Iām so glad we utilized their services. They take the time to explain whatever you wanna know (I was asking them random hvac questions while I had them here - no problem - they are happy to chat).
