“The urgent care center closes at 2:00 P.M. on Saturdays. I arrived there at 2:20 P.M. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. I have had kidney stones in the past, but this time was different. It seemed to be complicated by an infection.
Within minutes I was taken to an exam room after filling out paper work. I provided a urine sample and almost immediately was examined by the P.A. He explained what may be the problem and set a plan to remedy the illness which was a kidney stone plus a UTI.
The P.A. was so friendly. I sensed a caring and concerned attitude. I was VERY uncomfortable and confused by the uniqueness of my symptoms. The P.A. told me I would have my prescription ready in ten minutes at the local pharmacy.
I left this very professional medical office and headed to the pharmacy where my prescription was indeed waiting for me.
This was a very positive experience for me. I visit the Morehead City area approximately every 6 to 8 weeks to visit my grandchildren. I now feel like I have a go to medical team if I need them in the future.”
