Dr. Rickabaugh is an excellent doctor. He is highly knowledgeable about diseases, depression, correct medication, and new trends in the medical field. His bedside manner is magnificent; he cares and he listens sincerely. I would highly recommend him as your physician.
I am a new patient since July 2023 and the staff at Sound Medical are caring and responsive and have my transition to their practice wonderful. My provider Andrew Stern has been responsive and explained his course of treatment so I can fully understand. During September I was on vacation in Idaho and became sick. I called the office and within a few hours I was on a Telehealth call with Jennifer Brown, AGNP; as my provider was out of the office. She diagnosed my condition and sent a prescription to the small town pharmacy in the mountains of Idaho. I was better in days and resumed my hiking and biking!
