She really cared about solving my problem and getting me the best option for what I needed. She treated me like I was the most important client they have. Vision care service has been fine, but I would encourage everyone to double check statements and insurance benefits before paying any bills. For two years in a row, they have only billed our medical insurance (not our vision insurance) and have sent us a bill for the remaining balance. We have had to call to request that they send the bill to our vision care insurance provider.

I would highly recommend this location. They offered amazing customer service. 1. I waited less than a week to be seen for an eye exam. 2. The general manager was outgoing and interacted with the staff and customers in a professional manner. He informed individuals waiting in the lobby that there would be a 10 minute delay and apologized for the inconvenience. 3. The optometrist was thorough and offered clear explanations. 4. Kayla did a great job assisting me during my checkout. She was personable and exhibited great communication and customer service skills.
