Needed a hot water heater replaced. Extremely responsive! Came by, gave a quote, came back with crew 2 days later. Super efficient, nice crew, did a great job, and then at the end, I paid the quoted price. No surprises nor 'unforeseen extras'. Excellent job!
I had a huge leak coming from drain line behind washing machine. Called Koch and they came out the same day to diagnose my issue which I needed to replace some old pipes to PVC. They came out the next day and fixed my issue. Wonderful owner and employees to communicate with. Will call back for future projects. Thank you!
