I have been a patient for a few years and have always been appreciative of the team (Justin & Lauren here in MHC and Dr Polo in the New Bern office). The team is caring, professional and skilled. I just had some stitches removed and my nurse Shelby was incredible, what I thought would be painful was completely pain-free! You are all A+ in my book...thanks!

I really don't understand some of these negative comments. I've been going here for four or five years now and have had a couple of procedures done. The entire staff, from the front desk to the doctors have all been very friendly, competent and professional. The one time I had to contact the billing department was entirely due to my mistake, I had forgotten to update some insurance info, they too were very helpful and fixed my issue quickly.
