Fast service. Came out same day for estimate. After agreeing to estimate, work crew was out within a few days. Sent pics.of completed job. Job completed in 1 day! Friendly staff!!

I called Solid Roofing based on the reviews I found online and the fact that it was a local business. John impressed us with his prompt responses to our calls and with showing up (or someone from his crew showing up) every time he said someone would be here. The one time the plan was changed, John called in advance and delayed a roof inspection due to rain. John was knowledgeable about the (defective) shingle that was originally installed on our house and realized, upon inspection, that we had a legitimate insurance claim (we were not seeking this out or responding to someone soliciting for roofing services.) Lee was fantastic to work with! Prompt with phone calls, on time and answered any questions that we had regarding claims to the roof color. The roofers worked quickly on install day while being thorough to clean up afterwards. Lee never hesitated when there were issues with insurance company to take over and deal with insurance directly and resolve the problem.
