I’ve seen Haley 3 times now. The 3rd time was the last straw for me though. The first experience with her was amazing. She took the time to listen and help me figure out what I wanted. It was the best experience. But then I went back for a second time. (Not late either nor the first time). 2nd time you could tell she was behind, so I waited 30 mins after my appointment was to start to finally get in the chair. Never complained because I get it. I get in the chair and try to tell her what I’m wanting. She said she didn’t have time to do exactly the pictures I was showing but she would do a root smudge and put a toner on it to start the lightening process to transition...read full review

Kelly is great at what she does. She is honest and gives great hair advice. I always get compliments on my hair, and I give Kelly all the credit. And the prices are the best around!!
