We have used Putnam for various AC repairs for the last few years, but we finally needed to replace our 17 year old system. Tim was able to give us a very competitive price for a great system and was very friendly and custom service oriented. Each crew member was polite and respectful of our property. There was a minor issue (not related to their work but existing wiring in our house) that they were able to take care of efficiently. When the county inspector came out to do the inspection he was in and out very quickly and indicated that they had done a great job "like always". Highly recommend Putnam!
Being 8 1/2 months pregnant. . . Living in NC in July/August when the temp is always in the mid 90s. . . Your air conditioning stops working!!! Ugh! Thank you Putnam Mechanical for being at the house within the hour and having our air conditioning fixed shortly after that! Travis, our service technician, was professional and took the time to explain what was wrong! We will definitely be calling Putnam Mechanical again with any AC issues!!
