I love this place, Kim and Ena are the sweetest ladies ever, they have worked my manicure and pedicure for years! I moved to Concord 5 years ago and now I have to drive to Mooresville 40 minutes every time I need my nails done and is worthy! I’ve tried other places but I end up going back to them

Preface: it was a $30 pedicure & it was my first one. Complaints: I don't know what pedicures are supposed to be like, but it felt very rushed. We booked 3 people at once, but they only had 2 people working. The one who seemed to be in charge took her time working on one person. The other took care of the other two. My entire pedicure was done in about 20 minutes. The one person was still having their toes trimmed and finished maybe 15 minutes later. The lady working on my toes cut me in a couple places, in a way that could've easily been avoided if she was taking her time, and didn't say a word. I have been going here for a few months now. I normally get routine manicures because I am a chronic nail biter. Kim always does a fabulous job on my manicures and never makes me feel bad or judges me on how bad my nails get after biting. She convinced me to start doing SNS to help grow out my natural nails and to stop biting them. She was extremely patient and professional during this process and it is truly helping so far. Prices are also very reasonable for all services. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the clutter. I think tidying up and cleaning would make this space much more inviting and relaxing.
