Riley saved the day for my Dad’s old computer. He got all the files and photos on an external hard drive for the family. He should be your go to guy for anything computers. You can’t go wrong with Riley.

My computer had a blue error code that I couldn't remove. Every time I restarted my pc, I had to repair Windows. Recently, I turned my PC on to see that no drives were recognized. I thought I had lost all of my data. I took my computer to PCFix and Wiley had my issue diagnosed and ordered a new SSD immediately. The turnaround was a day or two, allowing me to get back to work quickly. In the future, I'll go to Wiley for any computer repairs that I need!

Giving these guys a pat on the back. My daughters 1 year old laptop was randomly shutting down. Tried a couple computer repair services in charlotte Where I work. They ALL Kept it a few days then couldn’t fix it. Wylie had it working in less than a day. Price was reasonable. I paid over a thousand dollars for it and was about to throw it out.
