I called this morning and had the pleasure of speaking to Ryan. I asked to check stock on some Vater stix. Ryan took off and returned to inform me he had exactly what I needed. I gave him my name and number and just like that, he placed my stix on hold. I left Uptown Charotte and stopped in on the way home. Ryan greeted me with a smile at the door. He had my order ready and after I squared up, we talked some drums. I'm purchasing for my Son, Tyler, a local drummer. Tyler needs some new shells. Ryan is on his game. He informed me of the upcoming sale (and DID NOT TRY TO SELL ME ATM) and invited me and my Son to come on by to check out the inventory. Ryan is the kind of human others should endeavor to be like. In the end, my FIRST EVER shopping experience since moving to NC, was INCREDIBLY DELIGHTFUL! Thanks for your attention, and excellent customer service, Ryan! I highly recommend this location, always!
