Lightning Bolt Roofing did an outstanding job replacing our roof. It looks fantastic. The team worked together and finished the job in 5 1/2 hours, the clean up was incredible, we didn't find one nail or piece of trash in our yard. Jessica and Bri who work in the office were very professional, knowledgeable, and kind ladies. We are very pleased and highly recommend them from start to finish.
We had an issue with our roof and a representative stop by said they would do a free inspection and found hail damage from a past storm.
The representative was very knowledgeable. The team that did our roof was great. We only found 2 nails in a flower bed. None in our yard, which is excellent.
Overall I gave him four stars because we had a little bit of issues with the communication between the home office but other than that everything else was great
The whole team at Lightening Bolt Roofing here in Mooresville are great! Adam was our first contact and he was very knowledgeable and helpful with the insurance process. Then Bre at the office was so nice in calling us weekly for updates on the roof installation date and answering any questions we had. When the crew came out they were very respectful of our house and got everything cleaned up. We were very happy with how our roof looks now and happy with our choice of roofing company!
