Bio Green of Lake Norman Lawn Care

“Are you looking for a more natural way to have a beautiful lawn ? Worried about pesticides for your kids or pets ? Biogreen of Lake Norman is the key.

We wanted a pet-safe way to support our lawn. I tried everything from the big retailers and all the major lawn service companies.
No one really offered an organic service.

I researched BioGreen and found a product that was natural and helped build the soil nutrients, not just temporarily feed the grass. Yes, we have a minor treatment for weeds, but the remainder is a natural product that has turned our lawn into a lush, beautiful lawn our neighbors always comment on.

Cameron is the owner and knows his stuff. We enjoy a service that's safe for the pets and great for our lawn.
I don't have to figure it out .... Biogreen LKN schedules a regular service interval to ensure a healthy lawn. If we ever see anything of a concern they are always quick to address.

Would absolutely recommend to family and friends.“

ECO IGS Lawn Care

“It went well, they had to do a lot of work to correct my previous contractor. I really couldn't ask more for a better response and the work preform. I just renew them for another year because of the work preformed.“

DalaCasa Landscape Management Lawn Care

“UPDATE: Dala Casa reached out and apologized for the way this matter was handled. They refunded us the entire charged amount and promised to look into their process.

Just an FYI if you use Dala Casa, they have shady business practices.

They aerated our lawn in September. One of our irrigation lines was hit and it caused a leak. We planned to make the repair ourselves but their fertilization guy came before we had done that and said the company will take care of it for us since their equipment caused it.

Workers came, while I was home, and made the repair. They never brought up any issues to me while they were here. The only thing they said is that they found a second leak besides the one my husband found.

One month later we are informed that a manager reviewing the post work report has determined that it wasn't their fault the line was damaged because our irrigation line is too close to the surface. Nothing is covered under warranty and we will be charged $472 for the work.

I understand the reasoning why we are being charged. I take no issue with that.

However, I totally disagree with their argument that it wasn't the jurisdiction of the workers to tell me, before they started, that it would not be covered by warranty based on the depth the line was at under the surface. You don't complete work under the guise of being fully covered by warranty and then charge $$$ after the fact.

They should have sent someone out to make sure it was their fault before completing the work. We would have completed the patch ourselves, as we had initially intended, had they informed us it would not be covered.

Learn from our mistake. Ask for someone to come out and guarantee warranty coverage before they put you on the schedule.

We have chosen to part ways with them.“
