I’m so impressed with this dentist office! I called on a legal holiday at 8:15 they were open and answered the phone. I explained my sisters extreme dental emergency and they said bring her in at 9. The staff at Lakeshore are always kind, professional and responsive. I have never waited more than 5 minutes. They are always easy to work with as far as scheduling or rescheduling if that need arises. Dr Jake and all the hygienists have been nothing short of amazing. I wish I could give bonus points for the text reminders - no more postcards to be lost or forgotten! �
Doctor Jake and his staff have always done a great job; they are efficient, kind and professional. Recently Doctor Jake went above and beyond by helping some young refugees that had no insurance by filling some cavities that were causing them pain. He and his staff took x-rays and provided services that they could not have received anywhere else. Thank you so much for all your kindness!
