One of the best medical centers I have been to. I have great anxiety about attending medical buildings because of medical issues in the past [I’m often talked over, dismissed, or discriminated against]. However, the two times that I have attended this facility I was met with great hospitality and communication. Yes, I have been misgendered a few times, I can’t expect everyone to be perfect, but as a trans individual I feel safest here compared to 90% of NC doctors as they have made an effort to fill out medical sheets with my preferred name and address me with my preferred name. If I could give 5,000 stars I would.Dr. Gyasi goes out of her way to answer all my questions and concerns with such care. Her staff is awesome, they are the best at keeping me informed on my test results and up coming appointments.I could go on forever talking about Dr. Gyasi, I been very lucky to have her for my doctor.Thank you

2-10-2020I love this doctors office. The ladies up front are nice and do a really good job. I have never had to wait past my scheduled appointment time so kudos to the scheduler! My doctor which is Holly Layman does a thorough job. It is so nice to be able to really like your doctor. She tells it like it is matter of factly. I appreciate that. The nurse seemed a little irritated today. I hope she feels better tomorrow. The lab does a good job. My veins are hard to get. They are very small and tend to roll but I get good sticks everytime.
