Bottom line, Ryan is awesome. He’s honest, knowledgeable, professional and just a nice person. I took an older laptop in for service. He replaced the hard drive and added more memory, but still said it would be on the slower side. Asked if he would consider my laptop as a trade-in. He had 3 nice laptops that he showed me and I ended up buying one. I couldn’t be happier.
